FFD's EMS Coordinator Rick Frank and Fire Marshal Marshall had the honor of leading CPR/AED and Fire Safety Training today at Frankfort Regional Medical Center for Leadership Frankfort. It was a great opportunity to educate and equip community leaders with these essential life-saving skills.

This month is a big month for these three individuals as they all started together 20 years ago tomorrow, February 15!!

As we look back on the past year, we want to take a moment to recognize the unwavering dedication and hard work of our entire team. Whether it was responding to emergencies, providing lifesaving care, or supporting one another through long hours, each of you has played a vital role in serving our community.

Your bravery, commitment, and teamwork have not gone unnoticed. It is because of YOU that we continue to make a difference in the lives of those who need us most.

As temperatures are predicted to stay cold through the coming days, there are several locations in our community serving as warming shelters. Please note populations served and hours in the graphic below.

Additionally, Immanuel Baptist Church, 1075 Collins Lane, will be open as a warming center Monday, 1/20 and Tuesday, 1/21 from 9A-2P, for anyone in the community who needs a warm location.
