We need you and your colleagues!

FIRST: Thanks to those of you who have already volunteered. You’ll be hearing about an assignment at the end of the month.

The Kentucky Broadcasters Association continues to work with other statewide broadcast organizations to provide a pool of professional broadcasters from around the country who volunteer to judge outstanding work from another state as part of excellence in broadcasting awards. We carefully vet judges, matching areas of expertise and market size so that every contest is equipped with qualified judges. Some of you were finalists for the 2024 KBA Excellence Awards and all of you are experienced professionals. The contest for Virginia and West Virginia will be judged February 2 -16. The contest for D.C. and the Chesapeake Bay area will be judged March 3 – 17. Colorado needs 10 TV judges and maybe 5 radio judges.
