Retention Command to take care of Soldiers at all levels--from new recruit to retirement. We are professionals! We are a winning and motivated team of fit, responsive, reliable, positive Soldiers focused on providing UNBRIDLED SERVICE and Dynamic Recruiting and Retention Programs to Our Kentucky Army National Guard and Our Kentucky Citizens. Congratulations are in order! In a ceremony held 8 July 2026, WO1 Jonathan Brumley, our Kentucky Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention BN S1 OIC, was promoted to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2.

CW2 Brumley began serving in the KYARNG R&R BN 12 years ago as PFC and has held various positions as he has worked his way through the ranks. He has always, and continues to, serve the R&R BN with diligent dedication.
