FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Mayor Judy Sheets Announces May Sparkling Success Leadership Luncheon Featuring Sarah Rosnick, Chief of Staff for Congressman Jim Baird

Frankfort, IN (Apr. 1, 2026) - Mayor Judy Sheets and the City of Frankfort are pleased to announce the next Sparkling Success Leadership Series Luncheon for 2026 on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Frankfort Neighborhood Center.

The May luncheon will feature keynote speaker Sarah Rosnick, Chief of Staff to Congressman. Jim Baird since July. Before her work on Capitol Hill, Rosnick led teams at technology companies such as Stripe and Facebook, and she was instrumental in the development of Operation Amalgam Eagle, the first bi-national aerial hand-off exercise between the United States and Mexico in 2014.

She served more than eight years as an intelligence officer in the United States Army, with military honors including a Bronze Star Medal, two Meritorious Service Medals, and two Defense Meritorious Service Medals.

The Sparkling Success Leadership Series, hosted by Mayor Sheets, was created to provide meaningful opportunities for local leaders to gather, learn, and connect through the voices of influential women who have shaped communities across the state. Each luncheon offers intentional space for professional networking, shared learning, and thoughtful conversation over a welcoming lunch setting.

Sponsorships are available for both the annual series of 4 luncheons or per event.

“As a highly accomplished leader, Ms. Rosnick will provide motivation for us to continually strive for our full potential,” said Mayor Sheets. “Our vision for Frankfort’s future will no doubt be inspired by her unique perspective.”

Doors will open at 11:00 AM for networking and photos. Tickets are $25 per person and include lunch and refreshments. Payment may be made by cash, check, or card (a 3% service fee applies to card transactions).

RSVPs are requested by May 13 by calling the Mayor’s Office at 765-654.7332. Reservations can also be made online via the link: https://forms.gle/nhPRwADzwCK6Sndi6

Community members, business leaders, and professionals are encouraged to attend this inspiring afternoon focused on leadership, connection, and the shared vision of progressing Frankfort forward.
