Congrats! 10 Kentucky public libraries in the following counties received $90,000 in E-rate funding commitments yesterday: Clinton, Henry, Hopkins, Laurel, Letcher, Metcalfe, Oldham, Pendleton, Rowan, and Spencer.
To date, Kentucky libraries have received $1.4 million in commitments for FY 2022 E-rate, and more applications are in review. E-rate helps make connectivity more affordable for libraries and schools around the country.

High fives to Kentucky public libraries for receiving $198,386.89 in E-rate Funding Year 2021 commitments this week. Recipients include Bath County Memorial Library, The Boyle County Public Library, Bullitt County Public Library, Garrard County Public Library, Henderson County Public Library, Muhlenberg County Public Libraries, Oldham County Public Library, Powell County Public Library, Todd County Library, Whitley County Public Library, and Woodford County Library. The total commitment for FY 2021 to date is $1.388 million. Another 33 applications with $500,000 in requests are pending.
