-Assist ALL Retirees with Retirement Application Process and help manage from start until retiree receives their retired pay.
-M-Day Soldiers and AGRs that are within their 20 year letter and discuss RC-SBP (Reserve Component Survivor Benefits). To provide information on the process of filling out an application for retired pay.
