I'm determined to serve the citizens of the Fifth District. Working in harmony with others on the court and the community is my plan, so we can accomplish our duties and serve the public more efficiently and transparently. Revenues are tight: wasting time and money within the fiscal court system negatively impacts the entire community. I will be an active listener as magistrate for the citizens in

my district. My Platform
Environmental safety tops the list for me. What goes over, on, and under our land is important. Our district needs high standards for water, sewer, and waste utilities to protect each of us. Since our economic health depends on practical, common sense, financially feasible land planning, this requires a balance between agriculture, business, recreation, residential ideals, and natural habitat. I will work diligently to protect this balance so the beauty of our district is protected and jobs are created. I will focus on traffic saftey as county roads get more use and tax payer funds are used in the best, most equitable way for road improvements. Economic diversity means less dependence on state government at a time of record budget cuts. The court must consider bringing new types of jobs to the county
