NEW Collection! We're adding Experience Passes to the Library -- check out a pass for free admission to a local museum or attraction!

Each Experience Pass not only includes admission for you and your family, but also information about the attraction, so you can plan your visit. Passes check out for one week (no renewals) and can be placed on hold. Only one Experience Pass per family at a time, please. Just ask at the Check Out Desk!

Our first five Experience Passes will be to the Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington Children’s Museum, Liberty Hall Historic Site, Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, and Buckley Wildlife Sanctuary. We plan to add more Experience Passes as we grow this collection.

We've lost a great Kentucky author. RIP Wendell Berry

"A lover of forests, the farmer, author and former English professor died on Monday at his home in Port Royal, according to the New York Times and other media reports. He was 92.

"Born in 1934 to Virginia Erdman and attorney John Marshall Berry, Wendell Berry was a prolific writer of nonfiction, poetry and fiction from Henry County, Kentucky."

A lover of forests, the farmer, author and former English professor died on Thursday, according to his family and the New York Times. He was 92.

Bluegrass Theatre Guild is thrilled to announce our cast for TWINDERELLA!

Twinderella, by Charlie Lovett, is a hilarious comedy that tells not only the story of Cinderella, but also her long lost twin brother, Bob!

The show is sponsored by the Paul Sawyier Public Library, where four performances are scheduled. Thu, September 24th 7:00; Sat 26th 2:00 and 5:00; and Sun 27th 2:00.

Tickets are FREE, but MUST be picked up in advance at the Paul Sawyier Public Library!
FREE Tickets may be picked up at the Youth Services Desk on a first-come, first-served basis beginning September 14th. PSPL and BTG are unable to hold tickets.
