Once water is restored immediate boil order until further notice.

We are aware of a water main break on Sycamore Street. Our crews are working on it now. Nothing is needed at this time but we will update as we learn more.

Had the honor to sit down with Congressman LaHood for a bit today and talk about our Village and Township. Looking forward to working more with him and his office on ways to help our community!

The Village of Franklin Grove is looking to fill a couple positions.

Zoning Officer - responsible for issuing building permits and performing required inspections.

Deputy Clerk - Assist our Clerk in day to day operations of the Village. Billing and reporting. Working with county and state government agencies. The person hired for this position could potentially move to the part/full time clerk position at the end of the current term.

Treasurer - Responsible for maintaining, depositing and recording Village funds. Historically our Clerk has also acted as the Treasurer however best practice is for the roles to be separate.
