The Franklin Lakes Public Library is closing early on Friday, May 29th for Staff Development, including further set up of our Book Sale this weekend! Friday will be treated as our “preview” day for the sale (10 am - 12 pm).

Book Sale - come one, come all:
25 cent CDS
50 cent Adult & YA Books
25 cent Children’s Books
Fill a tote for $5 on Sunday!

Sale closes 30 minutes before the library. Proceeds from the sale go right back into the library for programming, new books, and more! No scanners allowed.

A friendly reminder that the Franklin Lakes Public Library will be closed Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Lucy is ready for Memorial Day, and in honor of America250 this summer, is learning about Franklin Lakes Revolutionary War soldiers! The first picture was taken in our Local History Room.

We look forward to welcoming back our patrons on Tuesday!

THIS SUNDAY - back by popular demand! 🎻

As a part of our current Spring/Summer Concert Series - catch before they head off to Ireland for their tour.

As individual artists, Deni and Chris have more than made their mark in music. As a duo, they have created something extra, engaging, and extremely entertaining. Bonet’s voice and violin, and Flynn’s guitar and voice, have echoed through the United Nations and the White House, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and Mountain Stage, and have even performed their original music as soloists with several full symphony orchestras. They have shared stages with REM, Cyndi Lauper, Warren Zevon, Sarah McLachlan, and many others. Their audiences have ranged from festivalgoers, to Presidents and the FBI. For the last five years, they have melded that skill, experience and musicality on stages across Europe and America, from festivals to house concerts, libraries to radio stations. Their lively and humorous shows are full of self-penned songs and instrumentals, and the warm banter of two people completely at one on the stage.
