County Executive Sara Innamorato announced a $3M investment in phase two of 1st Home Allegheny to help income-eligible first-time homebuyers outside the City of Pittsburgh. Eligible buyers may receive forgivable loans for down payments and closing costs through participating lenders. (Allegheny County)

So you and I saved our money so we can buy a home. Instead let's lend money to poor people to buy a home with our money. Sounds great doesn't it? Nope - it fails. Note: delinquency rates on government-sponsored home loans are notably higher than conventional loans

She is up for re-election next year. Do we still want a DSA member running our community?

Really Democrats of Allegheny County?

I received this text tonight:

On 3/28, America is rising up to say No Kings. Join your local protest here:

This is so lame. The only people that show up are old liberals who look so foolish holding a No Kings poster.

Many AWFL (Affluent White Female Liberals). No depth in their discussions, they just wonder around with signs by the freeway thinking that their issues matter. Sad.

News flash - we don't have any Kings, The tariffs are working. Government is getting more efficient. ICE is deporting criminals, murder rate at the lowest level ever recorded.

The Democrats though, harm their own people! The poor unionized TSA agents at the Pittsburgh Airport not getting paid by Democrats. Why would anyone ever vote for today's Democratic candidates?

Come On Democrats. Really? You have no issues. I received a text tonight that reads:

if someone you love has changed since getting involved in far-right politics, you aren't alone. Get support and learn how to take care of yourself at Leaving MAGA's free weekly online support group next Tuesday at 7pm ET

So you are advocating leaving Freedom, Self Determination, and Community Service. You do this by trying to break up marriages.

This is why the Democratic Party is falling apart.

Today's Democratic Party

They have no solutions, they change their stance just to hurt Trump for no reason. They use shifting cloud of emotional appeals, activist demands, bureaucratic improvisations, and redistribution schemes that change tone depending on the audience.

This completely matches Chris Deluzio. He says he is a moderate, then joins the Democratic Socialist wing of his party. He says he is for the military, then he plays a part in a video telling troops to disobey orders. Always creating turmoil against Trump just to stir up Democratic voters - even if it causes him to be a hypocrite.

Please Democrats - it's time for a change - vote for the candidate that the Democrats in Beaver County love - Tony Guy. A simple servant of the people. A man with TRUE Western PA values.
