Do you take pride in living in a small town and enjoy being part of a close-knit community? We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time On-Site Property Manager to help care for a beloved mixed-use building on Main Street in Franklin, WV.
This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be a steward of a historic space that brings neighbors together, supports local businesses, and offers charming apartments.
🏡 What You’ll Do:
• Keep the building looking its best—inside and out
• Be the go-to person for tenants and vendors
• Handle light housekeeping & some maintenance and coordinate repairs
• Draft leases, collect rents, and manage basic bookkeeping
• Make sure everything is safe, sound, welcoming, and runs smoothly
💼 The Details:
• Location: On-site at the Theater Building on Main Street in Franklin, WV
• 15 hours per week, flexible schedule
• Part-time to start—with the potential to grow into something long-term
