As our kids head back to the classroom, we're stocking up to keep them fueled and ready to learn! 🎒🍎

Last year, The Pantry provided food assistance to 678 children—a 35% increase from the year before. Behind those numbers is a local child who can focus on their studies instead of their next meal.

Last year, our amazing volunteers helped check, stock, and distribute 159,956 pounds of produce—that’s equivalent to the weight of the space shuttle, 19 hippos, or nearly half a million tomatoes! Safe to say, our volunteers are simply un-beet-able.

We're grateful for our amazing Falmouth Road Race Team! Thanks to their hard work and the support of incredible donors, our runners raised over $23,000 for the Franklin Food Pantry!

With demand for food assistance up 28%, these funds are critical to keeping our neighbors nourished and supported.

Together, we made a meaningful impact in FY26! 💜
Thanks to our amazing community, dedicated volunteers and staff, and generous supporters, the Franklin Food Pantry served 2,411 people, including 678 children (a 35% growth) and keep local families nourished and supported throughout the year.
Here is a look at what we accomplished together:
- 816,610 lbs. of food distributed, equivalent to 680,008 meals (30% growth)
- 83,716 bags of food & goods delivered across all programs (22% growth)
- 159,956 lbs. of fresh produce provided (23% growth)
- 568 volunteers gave 15,351 hours of service—valued at $659,000!
- 4,134 Weekend Backpacks distributed to 115 students each week
- 2,032 bags of food & goods delivered to four mobile pantry sites in Franklin
- 3,394 bags delivered directly to medically homebound neighbors
- 15,021 shopping visits facilitated (15% growth)
- 186, 536 lbs. of recovered, fresh food distributed
- 1,075 Thanksgiving and winter holiday meals provided

Volunteers bring the sunshine to The Pantry Porch! Spring through fall, we expand our shopping space to offer clients fresh vegetables, baked goods, and seasonal surprises. The selection changes week to week, but our wonderful volunteers always bring the smiles!

Lifelong Franklin resident Jack Coughlin started running at 13—originally just to beat his older sister in a 5K—but over the past few years, it has become a major part of his life. Now, he’s turning that passion into support by joining The Pantry's Falmouth Road Race team. This will be Jack’s second time running the Falmouth Road Race to raise money for The Pantry and we couldn’t be more grateful for his support!
