We enjoyed an afternoon of hand massages and pampering! ‘Happy Hands’ with Monica Boccia and Interim HealthCare of Indianapolis was such a treat! The Friends (men included!) absolutely loved the hand massages and personalized care and attention they received from Monica….we’re already planning our next session!!

We appreciate our industry care partners that help us love on our Friends!

Did you know we offer outpatient therapy at our Franklin center?

Yep! We offer PT and OT services with our professional partners at Therapy On Wheels, Inc. This allows our Friends in our program to stay as strong and independent as possible! Which in turn helps them stay in the community longer with their families!

Are you missing work to take your aging parent to therapy each week? Enroll them in our program and they can receive their therapy while they are with us!

*Therapy is covered by most insurances.

A Senior Retreat is designed to provide care, companionship, and socialization for adults who need assistance or supervision during the day. It allows their caregiver the opportunity to pursue daytime activities and relieve them of their duties for the day.

LaDonna and Anna played a few heated rounds of Candy Land on Wednesday, and Ms Edith joined us for a few heated rounds of UNO ~ she may have ‘blessed our little pointed heads’ a time or 2 🤣🤣

Yesterday was our first "Friends on the Go" field trip!

WHAT AN AMAZING DAY!!

Rascal's Fun Zone welcomed us and provided lunch, ice cream and a couple hours of Duckpin Bowling for our Friends from both ASR centers!

It was fun to introduce our Martinsville Friends to our Franklin Friends and play together!

"Friends on the Go" is a result of our 100 Women Who Care Morgan County giving circle award through the Community Foundation of Morgan County!

No matter their medical diagnoses, getting our Friends out into the community is so important! It may take extra staff and volunteers, but worth every single measure to make it happen!

A Senior Retreat is blessed with amazing staff, families and donors to pull it all together!

We are grateful!

Baking Club allowed our Friends to get back in the kitchen for some delicious desserts recently!

The magic is in the process, but the joy is in sharing that first bite! 😋
