Join us at the library this coming Saturday, August 22nd @ 1:30pm, for a Book Talk & Signing!
Franklin author, Tim Duerden, will be discussing his newly published novel, "Escape from the Sugar House." A coming-of-age historical fiction inspired by the life of Levi Hanford, a revolutionary war militiaman and survivor of the harsh conditions of the Sugar House Prison in New York City.

As our "Unearth a Story" summer comes to a close, it's time to turn in your reading logs! We have gotten a few so far and it is so impressive to see how many books our young patrons have been reading throughout the summer. We're sorry the incentive prizes have been a little delayed, but they will be ready for pick up beginning Thursday afternoon. So, see you soon! 🦕😀 📖

Hey kids! You and your dinosaur pal are invited to the library for a movie! Then afterwards, all the dinosaurs will stay and have a little slumber party. Some of you have made caves for them to sleep in, but if you missed making one, come anyway! You are welcome to see the movie and your dinosaur is still welcome to sleepover. 🦖🦕 💤🌛

Ron Cain's DinoMagic Mystery Show!
Tuesday, August 4th @ 10am.
Join us for a fun show about a magical archeologist who goes on adventures with his dinosaur pal, Presto. Using magic, they take children on an imaginary trip to lost civilizations and wonders of the world. Illusions highlight the Pyramids of Egypt, Stonehenge, Easter Island, the Oracle of Delphi, Great Wall of China and the Lost City of Atlantis.
