On Memorial Day, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to this nation. As we spend time with our families and friends, we pause to reflect and honor those who never came home and those who carried the wounds of war long after their service ended.

Their service will not soon be forgotten.

Congrats to Penn State faculty for making it official!

Today, over 5,000 faculty across Penn State campuses, including University Park and the Commonwealth Campuses, won their faculty union, the Penn State Faculty Alliance, SEIU Local 668, with 2,510 faculty members voting Union Yes!!! This is compared to 847 that voted for no representation, meaning that the union won with almost 75% of the vote!!

Solidarity with Iron Workers across the commonwealth, especially the members of Local 401 in Philadelphia as they manage this tragedy. 🖤

The members and leadership of Iron Workers Local 3 are heavy-hearted today as we process the news of the tragic parking garage collapse at the CHOP parking garage construction site in Philadelphia.

Our deepest thoughts, prayers, and strength go out to our brothers and sisters of Iron Workers Local 401. To the families of the member we lost and to those still waiting for news of the two missing workers: please know that your extended family in Pittsburgh stands with you.

Local 401, you are not alone. We are Ironworker Strong, and we stand with Philly.
