SCAM ALERT!!
I received a call today from a Robertson County couple who got a call from two people claiming to be cops with the Sheriffs Office. One said he was a Sgt and the other claimed to be a Capt.
They tried to extort $20K from the couple by saying they had warrants.

We will not call you to demand money to get out of a warrant. Those are scams.

Abriah Smith Powell has been reported missing to the The Hearne Police Department. She was last seen at approximately 12:37 am on Thursday February 12, 2026 in the 500 blk of Rose Marie Boulevard, Hearne, Robertson County, TX. Let's find her and bring her home tonight!
