PCER Franklin Rescue Franklin Rescue Squad was formed in 1975 for the need of emergency call coverage for the town of Franklin and the surrounding areas in Pendleton County

Franklin Rescue Squad is among one of four squads in Pendleton County. Each squad is run 100% by Volunteers! Franklin runs two ambulances out of one station located in the community building along side Franklin Vol. Fire Dept. Our main rescue unit is Rescue 21 which is a 2011

I have made friends from people being patients. I love this community and want you to love this community more by volunteering your time as well.
