Jerry Sutton Public Safety Training Center is a division of Southwestern Community College (SCC). SCC-PSTC is located within the Macon County Industrial Park, on Highway 64-West. The facility is primarily dedicated to coordinating Public Safety Training Programs (EMS, Fire/Rescue, and Law Enforcement). SCC-PSTC has general purpose classrooms, a computer laboratory, a weight training room, physical

technique/subject control training room, and a multipurpose room. PSTC is dedicated to providing the highest quality training to all public safety professionals from basic to advanced. SCC-PSTC will serve as partners and a resource to agencies and communities in Western North Carolina and throughout North Carolina.
