IMPORTANT DMRQA NOTICE

Wastewater Treatment Facilities – EPA Lab Code Requirement

All wastewater treatment facilities participating in the 2026 Discharge Monitoring Report–Quality Assurance (DMRQA) Program must include their EPA Lab Code on all required DMRQA submission forms.

Some facilities, particularly smaller wastewater treatment plants, may not know their assigned EPA Lab Code. If your facility does not have this number, please take action now to obtain it.

How to Request Your EPA Lab Code

If you cannot locate your facility's EPA Lab Code, contact:

Important Deadline
December 4, 2026 – DMRQA Deadline

EPA Lab Code requests should be submitted at least one week before December 4, 2026 (by November 27, 2026).

Facilities are strongly encouraged to request missing Lab Codes immediately to allow sufficient processing time.
