Project Prom collects gently used Prom, Bridesmaid dresses, Tuxedos, shoes and accessories and gives them to teens in need of formal wear. Do not use profanity.

Since 2013, Project Prom has been collecting gently used formal wear, shoes and accessories and providing formal wear to teens who want to attend their Prom. The program is run by the Johnson County Public Library and is held at one of the library branches each Spring. How to Donate:
If you'd like to donate a current style, gently used Prom (or bridesmaid dress), tuxedo, shoes or accessories, please e-mail [email protected]. Donations are accepted year-round. Facebook Comment Guidelines:
Be respectful of others. Facebook’s profanity filter is turned on for all JCPL’s page comments containing profanity will not be visible. Spam, unsolicited and inappropriate content are not permitted on our page. Johnson County Public Library reserves the right to remove or reject comments that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Johnson County Public Library’s Project Prom is back this year, providing students with access to prom attire at no cost while encouraging community donations and volunteer support.
