Thursday brings us to pancakes made from scratch! We added berries and baked them on sheet pans. The result was a nice fluffy pancake that was a bit hit with students and adults alike! Maybe for the next round we'll add chocolate chips... 🍓🫐😍🥞

We are having a great National School Breakfast Week! 🥞 My focus continues to be moving away from pre-packaged items and toward more freshly prepared and scratch-cooked food as much as we can for our students. We are excited about the menu planned for this week! These pictures to start the week off Monday & Tuesday are from Needham Elementary School. 🫐 More great breakfast entrees are to come the rest of the week!

Miss Jorgia took her leadership role very seriously, especially when it came to the cafeteria menu. She treated her friends to a feast featuring fish sticks, fresh strawberries, juicy watermelon, carrots, and (the crowd favorite!) chocolate cake. 🍓🍉🍰
