EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

Our office is actively looking for detailed orientated, motivated and dedicated individuals who are interested in serving Venango County families. We currently have 3 open positions:

Court Coordinator: Responsible for all aspects of court scheduling from date of filing of case through final disposition, including assuring that counsel is appointed when necessary, overseeing that Federal Tax Information is secure and making necessary data entries in the Pennsylvania Child Support Program. Provides administrative support to all personnel. Assists staff with clerical duties in absence of other clerical staff members or as needed, makes appointments/meeting arrangements as necessary and maintains a daily activity/appointment ledger for all Domestic Relations Staff.

Enforcement Officer (Case management): Carries out enforcement of court orders and collection of support orders in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations. Assists in preparing cases and documentation for litigation/court hearings. Obtains and verifies various income, employment and insurance forms. Conducts delinquency conferences with clients.

Registration is now open for the 2026 Back to School Grab & Go. We will be purchasing shoes for the first 100 children to Pre-Register. You must register each child separately, so that we have the size information. You do not have to register if you are coming to the Grab & Go for hygiene products and cleaning supplies. The Pre-Registration link is on the bottom of the flyer.
