Grand County, Winter Park, Fraser, and other local communities are working together on a regional Housing Needs Assessment to better understand the challenges residents face in finding and maintaining stable, affordable housing. The assessment will help inform future Housing Action Plans and strategies for addressing housing needs across the region. 🌅Tomorrow is the FINAL High-Note Thursday, and we’re sending off the season with Sunset Over Summer—two bands, extended music from 5:30–8:30 p.m., and one last High-Note Market. 🎶

We’re proud to help bring these community events to the park all summer long, and we want to see everyone out for one last night of Winter Park community vibes. ⛰️💛

🌅 One last High-Note Thursday. Let’s make it count. 🙌 Tomorrow night is Sunset Over Summer—our final High-Note Thursday of the season—with two bands, extended music from 5:30–8:30 p.m., and a High-Note Market to send Summer off right. 🎶

Happy Friday, Winter Park! ☀️🌸
We’ve been grateful for some much-needed rain this week, but we’re still in exceptional drought conditions and Stage 2 Fire Restrictions remain in effect. A few rainy days don’t erase the larger drought conditions or change our current restrictions, so please continue to be mindful with your water use and follow all local fire restrictions.

💧 Watering restrictions have changed.
Effective August 19, Grand County Water & Sanitation District No. 1 customers may water outdoors only one day per week:
🌱 Even-numbered addresses: Sunday
🌱 Odd-numbered addresses: Saturday
🌱 Multi-family, HOA & commercial: Tuesday
⏰ Watering is permitted 6 p.m.–10 a.m.

With dry conditions and declining water supplies, everyone is encouraged to conserve wherever possible. Please help do your part to protect our limited water resources. 💙

🚲 Double up on your e-bike savings!
The Colorado E-Bike Rebate Program is back—and eligible Winter Park workers may be able to stack the state rebate with the Town of Winter Park’s $300 e-bike rebate. 🙌
But remember—you must meet all eligibility requirements for each program to receive the respective rebate. The Town program requires you to work for a qualifying brick-and-mortar business within Winter Park town limits that is open to the public with posted regular hours, live in Winter Park, Fraser, or Tabernash, and purchase an eligible e-bike during the current calendar year.
The first Colorado E-Bike Rebate Program registration window opens August 24 at 11 a.m. and closes August 31 at noon. Applicants will be randomly selected to continue the eligibility verification process.
