You finally made it to summer break. Take a deep breath and let your shoulders drop. 🌊☀️

The school doors closed last week, and you finally have a moment to sit in the quiet. But we know how the first few weeks of summer actually feel for an educator:

The physical exhaustio that hits your bones the moment the adrenaline wears off.

The mental noise that makes it hard to completely turn off the classroom to-do lists.

The quiet anxiety that lingers, knowing you’ll have to build that classroom culture all over again in the fall.

When we partnered with Waverley Elementary School, we didn't wait for the school year to get chaotic. We supported our educators' well-being first, giving them a foundation of personal regulation before they ever had to co-regulate with a classroom. Because of that space to breathe, their classrooms completely transformed
