Steven has lived in Baltimore for 10 years, spending 9 of them right in Pigtown with his family. As a nonprofit housing attorney and former public school math teacher, he has seen firsthand how broken systems hold people back.

He is ready to bring bottom-up structural change to Annapolis by focusing on practical, community-first solutions like:
- Championing economic justice, with a specific focus on ending the tax sale system.
- Proposing targeted strategies to address and revitalize vacant housing.
- Prioritizing robust support for City Schools to help students thrive.
- Advocating for electoral reforms to ensure every single vote matters.
