Another facade improvement project has been completed in Downtown Frederick!
We are excited to share the completion of a facade improvement project at 125 E. All Saints Street, home to the African American Resources Cultural and Heritage Society (AARCH). Improvements included the installation of new awnings, corner signage, banners, and entrance signage, enhancing the property's visibility and creating a more welcoming presence along the streetscape.
Projects like this support the vitality of Downtown Frederick by enhancing the appearance of our commercial districts, strengthening community identity, and creating inviting spaces for residents and visitors alike. Investments in building improvements help ensure that organizations like AARCH can continue to serve and enrich our community for years to come.
Downtown Frederick Partnership is charged with enhancing, promoting and preserving the vitality, livability and diversity of Downtown Frederick, a national Main Street community. The Partnership’s Facade Improvement Program is supported by The City of Frederick’s Department of Economic Development and by funds from the State of Maryland’s Department of Housing and Community Development.
