❄️ Winter Is Coming! Get Prepared Now!

As temperatures begin to drop, now is a great time to prepare your home for colder weather! A few simple steps can help keep your home comfortable, protect your plumbing, and ensure your heating system operates efficiently throughout the season.

🏠 Winter Weather & HVAC Tips:

🌡️ Check Your Thermostat: Switch your thermostat to heating mode and test your system before colder temperatures arrive.

🌬️ Keep Vents Clear: Make sure furniture, rugs, and other belongings are not blocking heating vents or air returns.

🚰 Protect Your Pipes: During freezing temperatures, follow community guidance for protecting plumbing, including allowing faucets to drip when instructed.

🚪 Keep Cold Air Out: Close windows and exterior doors securely to help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

🔧 Report Maintenance Concerns: If your heating system is not working properly or you notice a potential maintenance issue, contact your community maintenance team.

Taking a few proactive steps today can help you stay safe, warm, and comfortable all winter long!

It’s time to test your spooky searching skills! Tomorrow, Thursday, October 8th, 2026, we’re hosting a Halloween Scavenger Hunt just for our amazing residents!
How to Play:
1️⃣ Access your scavenger hunt list online here

2️⃣ Go on the hunt and snap photos of everything on the list.
