FBG Concierge was founded in the hopes of helping Fredericksburg businesses not all that they need to get on the right track for customer service and quality in their products. With over 20 years of being in the hospitality industry I would say I know what service is about as well as quality. So i created this company in the hopes to help people know where to eat and to go during their stay in Fre
dericksburg as well as to get businesses owners to appreciate their employees and to hold hotels, restaurants, shops, and any other type of service dealing with people to provide quality and excellent service. I myself have worked in many of the places in town and have been very disappointed with the lack of training that is provided to people on how to handle customers and their needs. Quality, and consistency is also a major problem with many of the places to eat at in town. So on this page and in the future website I will be posting my visits to many of the places I have been to as well as have a place to call and get information about where to go and what to do. Do not get me wrong the visitors Bureau does an excellent job on info but they are not allowed really to point you just one direction they must give you all choices and not be bias since they are the info for the town. But here I will be honest and I would also invite many to post what they like and disliked as many do on Trip adviser and such. I will try to update daily as well as create an app and blog to have people follow and on a day to day bases. Sometimes we all know one day can be the best for something and then another day well you get the idea. Right now the hours that are posted are for times and days that we will deliver food from certain restaurants and shop for people or handle any personal assistance they may need. So in closing I would like to be the first to welcome everyone to Fredericksburg TX 2nd to Napa Valley in visitation for wine. And to the stores,restaurants and shops lets start getting it together because if you think you are top notch you may not be and it will be posted so people do not waste their time and money on a businesses that believes some of these visitors will never return. Because I will say this i was a visitor and now I live here. But the one thing that i have gotten upset with is the attitude of people that think they have every right to treat tourist as though they are a bother. So FBG if it takes only me to try to correct this well then I have a big mission ahead of me. But I do love a lot of the people and many of the businesses as well here why do you think I am now here and hoping to get FBG up to the service standards of places such as Las Vegas, San Antonio, and other big tourist towns.
