What a wonderful day at the Parent Teacher Resource Center! 🐾💙

We were delighted to welcome the incredible Blue & Gray Therapy Dog, Myth and her dedicated handler, Kim for a special visit. Families from our community stopped by to spend time with this gentle, friendly companion, and the smiles on everyone's faces said it all!

Animal-assisted therapy has been shown to reduce stress, provide comfort, and promote emotional well-being. The Blue & Gray Therapy Dogs also support literacy by partnering with schools and encouraging children to build confidence in their reading through positive, judgment-free interactions.

A heartfelt thank you to the Blue & Gray Therapy Dogs for sharing your time, kindness, and wagging tails with us. We are so grateful for all that you do for our schools and our community!

Thank you to all the families who joined us—we loved seeing you and hope you enjoyed the visit as much as we did! ❤️🐶

One great resource is Potty Train Your Dragon by Steve Herman from the popular My Dragon series. Join Diggory Doo, the lovable pet dragon, as he learns how to use the bathroom through a fun, engaging story that helps make potty training a positive experience for young children.
