17 pounds, approximately 3 years of age, Lucia is a tiny package of wiggles. Lucia's ideal home has another playful dog and she says cats would be fine too! Lucia is spayed and heartworm negative, and would love to find a Beagle savvy family. Lucia came to us as an injured stray, covered in fleas and with a small wound, we do not know if she was dumped or escaped, but we do know that we would hope her next home would never leave her outside unattended. If you are looking for a fun companion with a great personality, you should come meet Blu. At 7 years old and 90 pounds, Blu brings a mix of maturity and fun energy. He is already fully housebroken, knows his basic obedience manners, and has a few adorable tricks up his sleeve to make you laugh. He also has a good track record with other large dogs from days in daycare.

* No cats: He prefers a cat free household.
* Older kids or sturdy humans: He loves children, but because of his size, he would do best in a home without toddlers as he might accidentally knock them over

Lucia is an adorable and wiggly Beagle, quite petite at only 14 pounds and around three years. She would do well in almost any household that is familiar with Beagles, their escape artist tendencies, and ideally one with another playful companion for her. Lucia wants to remind you that she is quite young and Beagles tend to live for 18 to 20 years, so prior to reaching out make sure that you are truly ready to provide this lifelong commitment to having her as part of your family. Lucia is crate trained, and as she has just hit her Foster home, we will learn more about house training the more that we get to know her. Charlotte, 3 years, says back to the weekly grind as she heads to work at the hair salon with her foster mom. Charlotte is an adorable gal with the most soulful eyes. Charlotte came to us when her family lost their home and life had to separate her and her mom. Charlotte was so loved, and we promised her mom we would do our very best to shine a spotlight on her wonderful girl and find her just as loving of a home as her forever home. Sweet Max wonders if he will ever find a family that will love him and take him in despite him already being 12 years of age. His foster mom has tried to assure him that he’s a perfect age, housetrained, calm, great with other dogs, and a complete doll with people. Max would absolutely love to find a home with few stairs and a home that is a bit quieter as he himself is a mellow boy. Please share with anyone you know that maybe willing to provide an amazing Forever home to this super sweet Senior, who doesn’t ask for much just a bit of love, a soft bed, and human companionship. Max again, too cute and sweet to not keep sharing this handsome senior Lab mix, 12 years. He’s a perfect gentleman, looking for a home with little to no stairs as his hind end is a bit weak. An adoptive household should be prepared to work with their veterinarian regarding supplements and possible anti-inflammatories. Max adores affection, is very laid-back, and has been excellent with the dogs in his foster home. PLEASE SHARE and let’s help Max find his dream retirement home. Charlotte, two years, thought she had a meet today, but unfortunately they cancelled. That’s great news, though for anyone who is thinking they may have missed out on this sweet, low riding gal. Charlotte has lived with other dogs in her previous home, tested well with cats, of course we always do recommend a slow and proper introduction, is house trained and as many of you have already seen, she looks great in a pair of jammies. Charlotte was very loved in her previous home, but due to life changes a heartbreaking decision had to be made to surrender her. We are hoping that her adoptive household will love her just as fiercely as her previous. Max, 12 years, is a perfect houseguest. He is absolutely wonderful with other dogs of all sizes and has lived with them in his previous home, along with cats and chickens. Max is house trained, loves attention and affection, enjoy being where his person is, but he says he’s also an older fella and very much values a comfortable bed to rest in. Max can slip on hardwood floor floors, so a home prepared for a senior that either has carting or many rugs would be best. PLEASE SHARE as Max deserves the most wonderful retirement home, and we are hopeful that we can find just that for him.
