What a week it was at the Team One Network Instructor Conference! 🇺🇸

We kicked things off with the Johnderosa Bourbon Trail Experience, giving our bourbon-loving instructors a taste of some truly exceptional pours before the conference even began.

Day 1 was packed. Robert Cole opened with updates from the Team One Network Training Division and Battle of the Badges, Jason Meyer brought everyone up to speed on the Public Safety Division, and Todd Fletcher shared news of our acquisition of Combative Fi****ms. Manny Kapelsohn delivered a Legal Update, XTech gave a product presentation, Dave Hubbard updated us on Trijicon, Bob Wood covered R***r, Steve Dickenson walked through AIM (Armory Inventory Management), and Brett Marquardt gave us the latest from Streamlight. We wrapped the day at Gauntlet Golf Course with the Instructor Gift Presentation and a putting contest.

Day 2 took us out to the range for fi****ms familiarization with R***r, Springfield Armory, Kimber, and Smith & Wesson. Robert gave a presentation on UNHINGED walls and the Forcible Entry Break-and-Rake window insert, then walked us through the Team One Network paper targets from Action Target. We closed out with an open discussion on where Team One Network is headed and the ideas shaping our future.
The night ended in style with the TacTeam party at the Johnderosa and our Instructor Conference Charity Raffle, raising an incredible $13,000 for C.O.P.S. and First H.E.L.P. And the final moment of the night belonged to Paul & Debbie Scholem, who were presented with the “Make It Happen” (MIH) Award by John Meyer.
