First: the good news! I came by to check to see what might be needed to add/maintain the library and did a cute little facelift!

Next, the bad news: We found some books strewn about and destroyed. Please talk to your children about respecting our books. I know accidents happen and that’s completely okay! But pages being torn out and thrown on the ground is not.

Lastly, it seems I need to touch up some water sealing on the library. Before I attempt it myself (and I will, no biggie, lol!), does anyone have a local husband who would be willing to visit and add some silicone around the plexiglass/maybe around the frame of the door?

We put all new books in the library today thanks to your donations!

We even had enough that we stopped by the Little Library in Iberia park (we’ve been trying to keep an eye on it also!), and filled the empty shelf. 🩷🩷
