Our FFA leaders are continuing to show what leadership looks like!

Today, FFA President Brooklyn Riggs and FFA Vice President Lorelai Schreder visited Mrs. Wilson’s and Mrs. Bowman’s elementary classrooms to read with our youngest Eagles.

We are so proud to see our FFA members leading by example and giving back to our school community!

🪣🏖️ A LITTLE SANDBOX FUN! ☀️❤️

Our youngest Eagles have some brand-new tools for creativity, imagination, and a whole lot of FUN! 🦅

Mr. Weber surprised the kiddos with new buckets and shovels for the sandbox, and they wasted no time putting them to good use! From digging and building to creating their own little sandy masterpieces, the sandbox was a busy place today. 🏗️🪣

A huge thank you to Mr. Weber for helping make playtime even more exciting! Sometimes the simplest things bring the biggest smiles. ❤️

We love seeing our Eagles learn, explore, create, and (most importantly) have fun being kids!

🌎🗺️ Young Geographers at Work! 🗺️🌎

Our 1st and 2nd grade scientists have been busy exploring the world around them in Science with Mrs. Barron!

Students have been learning about land features, maps, models, and the important work of surveyors. As a culminating hands-on project, students created their own models of the landscapes surrounding our school! 🏫🌳⛰️

From planning and observing to constructing and representing real-world land features, students are developing important skills in spatial reasoning, scientific modeling, and geographic thinking. They are learning that maps and models aren't just pictures- they are tools scientists, engineers, and surveyors use to understand and communicate information about the world around us.

And the best part? Their hard work is now on display in the library for everyone to see! 📚✨

We are building curious minds and future explorers right here at Freedom Public Schools! ❤️🦅

🐆🦓🦒 SPARK WEEK WENT WILD! 🐍🦁🐾

We wrapped up an AMAZING SPARK Week last Friday with Animal Print Day! Our Eagles brought out their wild side and filled the halls with spots, stripes, and plenty of school spirit! ❤️

From family-inspired looks to comfy clothes, bright neon, community spirit, and finally a little animal print, our students and staff definitely knew how to bring the SPARK! ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make this week so much fun. What a great way to celebrate leadership, creativity, and the incredible spirit of our Freedom Public Schools community!

We may have wrapped up SPARK Week, but the energy doesn’t stop here. 🔥

Mrs. Smith’s FFA Leadership Team had an incredible opportunity to attend a special event at Northwestern Oklahoma State University today, where NASA Earth and NASA Acres leadership came to Alva to explore an exciting question:

What does space have to do with farming? 🌎🌾

Our students learned how space-based technology, data, and innovation are helping shape the future of agriculture right here in Northwest Oklahoma. They also had the opportunity to experience interactive equipment and see firsthand how technology is being used to solve real-world challenges facing agriculture.

Experiences like this are what FFA leadership is all about: learning, exploring, asking questions, and preparing for the future. 💙💛

A huge thank-you to Mrs. Smith for giving our students opportunities to get outside the classroom and see the possibilities that await them!

Today, our Eagles took SPARK Week to the next level with “Light Up Your Leadership” Day!

Our students and staff brought the BRIGHT today, showing off their best neon and brightest colors! 💛💚🩷🧡💙

Because great leadership has a way of lighting up the people around you, and today, our halls were certainly shining!

We love seeing our Freedom Eagles embrace the fun, show their school spirit, and celebrate what it means to be a leader in our school and community.
