Freehold Township has earned the 2025 Healthy Town designation for its strong, data-driven approach to wellness and cross-sector partnerships. Through a Community Health Assessment, inclusive outreach, and support for families in need, the Township continues to make a meaningful impact.

From Walk with the Mayor events to health education programs and continued investment in parks and open space, Freehold remains committed to promoting the health and well-being of all residents.

Join us on Saturday, March 21st for a Walk with the Mayor! The walk begins at 9 AM at the Freehold Township Senior Center. Free breakfast will be available for participants. This great event takes place just before Rise Up and Read, so come and enjoy both!
