Just wanted to share a couple of images that I took from yesterday's Celebration of Life for Young John Gabriel Mendoza Jr.

I want to be sure that the awareness of what the Mendoza family and the Brazoria County Community is demanding from Law Enforcement Leadership.

A thorough investigation:

That means Arizmendi should be replaced as lead investigator as his poor record of investigation work tarnishes the tx ranger brand.

And even local LE officers privately acknowledging arresting of the Deputy should be swift with all the bold faced evidence of admission and firing.

This sad and needless fatality of young John Gabriel Mendoza Jr is the latest of examples and reasons as to why we need both reforms and greater transparency in the county halls of justice at E Locust and Chenango St.

What good is a big beautiful building that remains distrusted and worse, feared, when instead it should be the beacon of hope and proven justice for all and not a select few.

Many in our community still maintain that the county leadership is not listening still yet.

Let me pass along some advice as told to me by the residents every day ...

More is needed.

More updates
More visibility of our elected leaders .. and not just pr stunts.

More of what Bo did.. he came out with an update. That was good.. thoughtful .. helpful.

That is what Tom needs to do.

And not only just now because everyone is watching and missed and hurt and angry .. and certainly not because it's an election year.

It needs to be done because citizens dont trust the county LE leadership.

How do you fix that?

You either show you give a damn or get voted out.

Now more than ever ALL residents of Brazoria county need to know .. need to see.. consistently.. and with visible and effective changes .. that you give a damn enough to make the serious changes to rebuild a lost trust.

I wont give away all the how to's.

We want to see if you have a clue or if you will fail to meet the moment.

Many are are pessimistic that you will in fact meet the moment because you haven't in the time in office.

Thus the strongly low trust.

Nows the time.

For everyone ..
Every day
To stay steadfast.
Together
To ensure our Brazoria families don't suffer through the pain of a failed justice system that only exacerbates the pain from the loss of their loved ones.

No Changes No Justice
No Justice No Peace
No Peace No Re-Election

8 days later... A step in the right and correct direction.

The integrity of the Blue matters.
Accountability for every shade of Blue matters.

Trusting and Protecting Our Blue Matters.

No Trust No Justice
No Justice No Peace

Now let's see if the DA doesn't wait all 45 days to get to grand jury.

The public is watching.

Justice for young John Mendoza Jr. Is demanded.

It's a small step in the right direction of Accountability.

One question is.. what was he terminated for?

What next?

Deputy needs to have his commission license revoked; especially if he was terminated due to the fatal shooting.

Requesting a FOIA of the HR record should prove the reason.

Let's see if Bo and Tom now also remove Arizmendi and ensure a complete and expedient investigation.

And you have to wonder... did the firing come due to the strong social media messaging and outcry of the citizens?

I can assure you the public pressure to hear our demands for change in ' business as usual' justice mattered to this firing.

MUCH WORK AHEAD AND WE MUST STAY PERSISTENT TILL JUSTICE IS SERVED FOR ALL IN BRAZORIA COUNTY: JUSTICE FOR JOHN MENDOZA JR.

Hello Freeport and Brazoria County neighbors.

I just wanted to reach out this Monday afternoon to let everyone know that there are many trust issues plaguing Brazoria County’s Law Enforcement Top Brass. The pressure by the citizens of Brazoria County to demand a fair, swift, and transparent investigation is critical to rebuilding the trust in our justice system here in the county.
That said… I want to add that Brazoria County’s corrupt reputation did not just start with the sad, fatal shooting of young John Mendoza Jr.
No, that has been a long-standing and well-deserved stigma created and fostered by the Establishment—a fraternity of members existing in sadly every one of our collective cities.

🏛️ The Front Row Seat to Corruption

I want to remind everyone that my personal quest to volunteer my time in Freeport many years ago was simply to focus on improving the things that residents of Freeport cared about and to implement a vision with viable economic solutions.
But shockingly, I became a witness with a front-row seat to the corrupt backroom dealings… what the insiders in Freeport would call "how we do business in these parts."
The rule was simple: Keep quiet and go along, or else.
Well, the "or else" has been well documented. I’ve been smeared, harassed, indicted, arrested, threatened, and assaulted by the finest of the local “royalty”:
Former Mayor Troy Brimage and his threats of assault.
Former Mayor Brooks Bass and his attempts to assault and physical threats against me.
Former City Manager Tim Kelty, who along with Bass, orchestrated a bu****it indictment with county officials because they hated that I got re-elected and continued to expose them.
Lancy Petty with his kidnap and murder plot against me… why? Because he hated that I kept exposing his failures and millions in losses to the city… and quite frankly, because I told him straight to his face (like I did all the others that are now gone) that they were corrupt and the receipts were plentiful.
Former Police Chief Garivey and his random drug test failures, the coverups, and his multiple sexual misconduct complaints from multiple citizens.

🎭 Satire, Receipts, and the Current Council

Let me be clear: the corrupt and illegal activities of the current Council are still very real. I will continue to expose them and parody their actions, corrupt characters, and coverups with satire.
For their snowflake grifter enablers and defenders… I make no apologies. I will include them as well in due time in the very likely event that they act a fool, brazenly break laws, grift city tax dollars to family and friends, or abuse their authority.
Trust me… give a pig enough time, it will s**t itself. And the "lipstick on the pig" satire treatment will be theirs to bear. 🐷💄

Moving forward, I will be walking and chewing gum at the same time. I am focusing in on the corrupt behaviors of City Hall staff and the recall of the corrupt mayor Jerry Cain and his two new stooges: Moral-Less and Larry the Liar MacDonald.

📋 What's Next?

So stay tuned… I will, as always, be coming with receipts.
I will be posting receipts of the current corrupt and illegal schemes of the Current City Council. Meanwhile, I'll be helping to put pressure on the county to do the right thing or get exposed for their corrupt actions—in hopes that they too are either removed or not re-elected.
Because as I have stated before… What good is it if they start to behave just because everyone is looking?
What happens when we look away?
What happens when nobody is looking?
A snake sheds its skin, but it is still a snake. They gotta go.

Where does it all end? It doesn’t.

Hello again Brazoria County Neighbors..
Good morning... well it was morning when I began drafting this post..

This is the 2nd thread of message exchanges with the other County law enforcement Insiders.

This high ranked Law Enforcement Officer spoke with me at length to describe their shared frustration with the routine double standards they've witnessed when it comes to the charging and arresting of high ranking law enforcement official's friends, family or those in their LE clique.

It was encouraging to hear the raw truth as someone on the inside put it so plainly, while at the same time infuriating that the truth they shared was uglier in its application as we witness before our own eyes in the early mis-handling of young John Mendoza's fatal shooting " investigation ".

No arrests.
Only delays and misdirection.

Only bu****it messaging that it's gonna take MONTHS before we know the details.

Only a reflexive 'investigation' that is just using respected tx ranger branding to falsely legitimize the serial and willful incompetence of Arizmendi.

The palpable smell of corruption is suffocating.

The eye-rolls of embarrassment and frustration from these fellow Law Enforcement officials that know bu****it too when they hear it was on full display.

One message was also made clear.. there's an understood brotherhood in law enforcement, a fraternity if you will, but when laws are broken and lines are crossed there is no Blue Line that gives a fellow LE brother or sister a pass or literal license to kill; or break any other laws without the same consequences that any of us citizens would expect.

Let me repeat: by Insiders I mean fellow county law enforcement officials that do not want their identity revealed; for obvious reasons.

Needless to say the concern of a Working Double Standard in the Sheriff's Dept and DA's office with a Wash Rinse Repeat approach to play games with our justice procedures and the lives of countless victims is felt even within our county court house and in Sheriff's Dept.

As stated previously and remains true:

To the fellow officers that have met w me in private; you have my respect for both the work you bravely do and for your integrity and discernment you have in identifying right and wrong within the halls of expected Justice.

Trust me when I tell you, there are many very very Solid Law Enforcement Professionals..with families that , not surprisingly, have close ties to the victim's family ; and their frustrations and fears, are equally shared.

It is my hope that through these posts; greater accountability and true and swift due process is assured.

Anything less is a Miscarriage of Justice for young John Mendoza's needless loss of life and a signal to every resident in Brazoria county that the elected officials are unworthy of our trust.

Needless to say the concern of a Working Double Standard in the Sheriff's Dept and DA's office with a Wash Rinse Repeat approach to play games with our justice procedures is felt even within our county court house and in Sheriff's Dept.

To the fellow officers that have met w me in private; you have my respect for both the work you bravely do and for your integrity and discernment you have in identifying right and wrong within the halls of expected Justice.
