As we are winding things down here at CONTACT we are happy to announce that the YMCA will be taking over Cupcakes and Cocktails and VOICES will be taking over the Garden Walk- we are so happy these two event will continue!!

After 42 years of service to our community, CONTACT of Northern Illinois Crisis Helpline will be closing our doors effective September 1, 2023. We, as an organization, would like to thank you for all the support we have received over the years whether it be donations, funding, volunteering, attending fundraisers, or being a client. Please help us in spreading the word that those in crisis have access to the National Su***de Prevention Lifeline by calling 988 or texting MHFA to 741-741.

Hey just checking in! Do you work with the youth or are a concerned parent and would like to take advantage to earn a certification in youth crisis prevention?

Join us with our collaboration with to take the Youth Mental Health First Aid certification course. The course is valued at $70 with materials, all you pay is $15 for registration! Hurry now, registration ends September 1st!!!!

Sigh up today to get certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid trained!! Registration closes September 1st!!!

You are more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack. Happy Friday! You've made it to the end of the week. Give yourself some credit! We encourage you to give yourself a little reward toward your self care regiment. Remember your mental health is just as important a priority as every other task you tend to. We will smile upon you this morning because we believe today will be an awesome day for you!

We will be at the Freeport Arts Plaza, located on the corner of N. Chicago and E. Douglas.

Gates open at 5:00 p.m. on both days.
Admission to the event is $3.00.
Kids five and under are admitted free!!
