The Soup to Nuts Soup Kitchen is an all-volunteer based group and a registered 501 (c)3 charity. Since we are self-sufficient The soup kitchen depends on donations to serve our neighbors in need. In these particularly hard times more people have come to us each weekday to receive a healthy meal at lunchtime. The generosity of our donors make it possible for the Soup to Nuts Soup Kitchen to remain
a part of that unique American tradition in which individuals, religious institutions, business and government work together to help solve the problems of those faced with hunger and homelessness. The Soup to Nuts Soup Kitchen (formerly the Freeport INN) has been serving men,women and children a free well-balanced nutritious, hot meal at lunchtime for 30 years. We also offer a free pantry-like section with canned goods, etc., as well as a free boutique with new and gently used clothing.
