We kicked off our first trip of the year with a visit to Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford! 🌸🌿

We spent the day exploring the beautiful gardens, enjoying the peaceful scenery, and taking in all the colorful blooms. Before heading home, we stopped at Beef-A-Roo for lunch and some good conversation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—we had a great time and can’t wait for all the fun trips still to come this year! 🚌✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Healthy Aging Series presentation, Culinary Herbs 101! We hope you enjoyed learning how herbs and spices can add flavor to your meals while supporting healthy eating and overall wellness.
