🐷 THIS LITTLE PIGGY WENT… TO PATROL 🚔

Our officers recently “ham-dled” a call involving this pig found wandering within the city limits. While he may be cute, cuddly, and living his best barnyard life, city ordinance prohibits keeping swine inside the City of Freeport.

📖 City Ordinance Reminder:
Sec. 4-29 – Keeping swine prohibited
“All animals of the swine family are hereby prohibited within the city limits.”

The owner of this porky escape artist has since been located, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation and assistance. 🐽

Please remember to check local ordinances before bringing home livestock or exotic animals within city limits. Let’s all do our part to keep Freeport safe, clean, and a little less “hog wild.” 😄
