The Family Enrichment Program Child Development & Health
Prenatal, Infant & Toddler Curriculum
Infant Massage & Car Seat Checks

Our Mission: Family Enrichment Program promotes early development, learning and health of children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers. The Family Enrichment Program is designed to assist parents in their role as a child's first and most important teacher and to help promote a strong and healthy parent-child relationship. Our FREE program provides child development information

and activity ideas brought to the home by a trained professional at the parents' convenience. We encourage families through: prenatal support, personal visits, group connections, screenings, newsletters, community resources, infant massage (by trained professionals), car seat safety checks (by certified technicians), and more! Learn about our Family Enrichment Program through the Regional Office of Education #8 Website: https://www.roe8.com/programs-services/prevention-initiative and check out our Prenatal-3 curriculum at www.parentsasteachers.org.

Make it Monday: Tool time!

This activity is great for older toddlers. Show them how to hammer in golf tees into styrofoam and encourage them to try. This is great for developing your child's perceptual and fine motor skills.

Don't forget that you are your child's first and most influential teacher πŸ’–

Traveling this summer? Embrace the chaos!

Something will go off-plan and that's okay. Focus on the memories, not the mishaps. Take photos, laugh off the little stuff, and enjoy. YOU GOT THIS!
