We (Denise Sorn & Debbie Yoder / Event-Grant-Auction Coordinators) had the honor of presenting the DAV Ride 10th Anniversary event proceeds ($11,500) to the DAV Life Chapter #29 (Darrell Cummins / Jr. Vice President Finance) and the Veterans Transitional Center (Louanne Coates-Haugh / President) at the Debate Center in Freeport, Il.

Now onto planning the 2025 DAV Ride event 😁

This year we are adding 5 additional payouts to win!! So, stop in, grab a ticket 1 ticket for $5 or get 5 for $20. You could be a winner and all proceeds after payout goes directly to the non-profit Veteran Organizations (DAV CHAPTER #29 and VTC)

Attention DAV Ride attendees and guests!

The 2024 DAV Ride event will be the 10th Anniversary event! We have some changes coming so be sure to watch this page.

Our shirt design has been set with some new sponsors. SNEEK peak below and Graphix designer will adjust logos and title accordingly..

Rock City Tap in Rock City, IL will be the host and their logo will be on front of the shirt. Color of shirt hasn’t been decided yet. We are also looking at having men’s sleeveless in 2024 and a different women’s Tank which will be more true to size.

Tonight was hand off of the proceeds ($11,050) generated from the 2023 DAV Ride Event held on August 5, 2023. Accepting on behalf of the DAV Blackhawk Life Chapter #29 (Darrell Cummings) and VTC (Louanne Coates-Haugh)

Big “Thank you” to everyone that helped support this cause for our Veterans!
