Wednesday: Yoga in the cafeteria from 8:30-9am w/Mrs. Moderow (1st 10 participants get free yoga mats)
Comfort dogs in the cafeteria from 11am-1pm
Thursday: Yoga w/ Mrs. Moderow from 9-9:30 am (more free yoga mats!)

Wellness Week starts Monday, April 24th and runs through Thursday, April 27th. We'll keep posting updates on events throughout the week. Get your name entered in a drawing for each event you attend. Grand prizes: Fitbit Charge 2 and $150 gift card to Dick's Sporting Goods. Several smaller prizes also!
