🍚 1. Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 3 cups cooked rice (cold or day-old)
• 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup corn
• ¼ cup diced carrot
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• Green onions (chopped), to garnish
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Scramble eggs, then push to one side of the pan.
3. Add rice and stir-fry 2–3 mins.
4. Add chicken, peas, corn, and carrots.
5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
6. Mix everything well and cook another 3 mins.
7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

🥕 2. Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups cooked rice
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup carrot
• ¼ cup corn
• ¼ cup diced onion
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil and scramble eggs.
2. Add cooked rice and toss well.
3. Add peas, carrot, corn, and onion.
4. Cook 3–4 minutes on medium heat.
5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
6. Stir until everything is coated evenly.
7. Serve warm.

🍤 3. Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 3 cups cooked rice
• 1 cup shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup carrot
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• Chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat oil and sauté shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
2. Scramble egg in the same pan.
3. Add rice, peas, and carrot. Stir-fry 2–3 mins.
4. Add shrimp back in.
5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
6. Cook for 3–4 mins and serve.

🥚 4. Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 3 cups cooked rice
• ½ cup peas
• ¼ cup carrot
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil and cook the eggs until scrambled.
2. Add rice and break apart lumps.
3. Add peas and carrot and stir-fry 3 mins.
4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil.
5. Toss and cook 2 mins more.
6. Serve hot.

🥩 5. Beef Fried Rice
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1 cup beef (cooked and diced)
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup carrot
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil and scramble egg.
2. Add rice and beef. Stir 2 mins.
3. Add peas and carrot.
4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
5. Stir well and cook 3–4 mins.
6. Serve.

🍍 6. Pineapple Fried Rice
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 3 cups cooked rice
• 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup carrot
• ¼ cup corn
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp curry powder
Instructions
1. Heat oil, scramble egg.
2. Add rice, pineapple, peas, carrot, and corn.
3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and curry powder.
4. Stir 4–5 minutes until fragrant.
5. Serve warm.

🌶 Kimchi Fried Rice
Ingredients
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tsp cooking oil
• 3 cups cooked rice
• 1 cup kimchi (chopped)
• ½ cup cooked beef or sausage (optional)
• ¼ cup onion (diced)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp gochujang
• 2 eggs
• Chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Heat oil, add onion and kimchi. Stir-fry 2 mins.
2. Add rice and mix well.
3. Add beef/sausage if using.
4. Pour in soy sauce and gochujang.
5. Stir until everything is coated.
6. Cook eggs separately (fried or scrambled) and place on top.
7. Garnish with green onions.

Ingredients
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups cooked rice
• 1 cup ham (diced)
• ¼ cup peas
• ¼ cup carrot
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil and scramble eggs.
2. Add rice, ham, peas, carrot.
3. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
4. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
5. Mix thoroughly and serve hot.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp curry powder
Instructions
1. Heat oil and cook eggs.
2. Add rice, peas, and carrot. Stir 2–3 mins.
3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and curry powder.
4. Stir until evenly colored and fragrant.
5. Serve hot.
