Cedarmore Corporation Health & Wellness Cedarmore Health and Wellness is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. We believe a healthy lifestyle is an invaluable asset to successful aging.

Created by a group of women from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds, our foundation seeks to encourage communities to take charge of their health. It is the bridge that carries us safety across the continuum of life, from adolescence into adulthood. We accomplish this by promoting lifestyle modifications centered around proper nutrition, exercise, and the use of preventative services an

d screenings, as well as increasing health literacy through free education via our social media and health fairs. Our Core Committee Members Are:
