The Freistatt Fire Dept has been notified that the department has been chosen the recipient of a grain rescue tube. Our department will be training on this piece of equipment in the near future. A Big Thank You To Specialty Risk Insurance and Nationwide Insurance.

‼️⚠️ Enhanced Risk area (3 out of 5) has expanded!
⚠️Thunderstorms develop along and ahead of a cold front this afternoon in NW Missouri.
‼️Initial development may be capable of producing a strong tornado (EF-2+), destructive hail (2”+), and intense winds (70+).
⚠️Thunderstorms will quickly form into a line and progress southeast through
the state late this afternoon through this evening.
⚠️The primary threat transitions to damaging winds and a few tornadoes. Thundertorms are expected to weaken through late this evening.
‼️Flood Watch issued for sections of west, southwest, and central Missouri.
