Our Vision:
There are many families, individuals, adults and children, suffering and falling through the gaps in services. Some either make slightly too much money to receive assistance with a hardship or there are no available foundations, services, programs or resources to help with what is uniquely their hardship. Many are just a paycheck or disaster away from homelessness. Some are not stable
enough to withstand an additional hardship. Most often these families would have kept their stability together if they could have found a program to help. When those that are attempting to find solutions while working with other organizations, are finding that they are falling through the gap in services, can come to Uniquely Yours Stability Support (UYSS) as a referral from that organization or come to UYSS to find the community resources, supports and life skills education that are available to them. UYSS offers an opportunity for those in need to maintain or regain their housing stability, not just get them through hard times, but reestablish and strengthen, so they can function as productive members of the community, within their own family dynamic. Our comprehensive approach includes strong collaboration within the community. Our Team works closely with our Agency Link partners to eliminate the hardship that threatens housing stability, and help clients develop a plan to prevent the need for future services. Our Purpose:
