Spring has sprung! We’re hoping it’s here to stay, fingers crossed. With that, our yearly ice creams for kids who are practicing bicycle safety is here again. We have included pictures indicating how you can educate yourself and others on how to safely travel in town on bikes. Remember, children under the age of 16 are required to wear a helmet when biking around town. We have helmets at the PD if there is a need. Just call the PD, and we will get you set up while supplies last.

We are once again working with Peg Marcelonis and Stillwells Ice Cream to hand out free cone certificates for kids we find operating safely. Enjoy the summer and be safe out there.

In recognition of all their help at the Opening Day ceremony, we wanted to do something small to show our appreciation to our new friends! We picked up some baseballs, which our officers had the honor of signing for them!

Ofc. Hatt even received a special surprise—a beautiful picture that will definitely have a place on his wall!

We’re grateful for the support, teamwork, and community spirit that made opening day so memorable.

Usually, we would tell you not to put all your eggs in one basket, but it paid off for Faith! She won the raffle for the ride to school with an officer after putting all her tickets in!

This morning, Chief Boissonneault and Officer Wujciak got her to school in style! From everyone at the Police Department, we hope you had a memorable day! And we hope your Birthday is even better!
