REMINDER: Starting Monday, June 1st, FAX Route 9 will conclude its route at Willow and Shaw. Route 9 will no longer travel into Clovis due to the city's introduction of the Green Line. For feedback related to the new Green Line, please reach out to Clovis Transit at 559-324-2770.

RIDER ALERT Council District 3 has scheduled a Crosswalk Painting Event in the Tower District this Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event will close Van Ness Ave. between Olive Ave. and Floradora Ave. The closure is expected to go into effect at 6:00 a.m. and last until 2:00 p.m. Route 28 will be detoured. Please plan accordingly.

ATTENTION ROUTE 9 RIDERS. Starting June 1, 2026 FAX Route 9 will no longer travel into Clovis due to the city's introduction of the Green Line. FAX Route 9 will end at Willow and Shaw. It will continue to utilize the evening and weekend turnaround at Willow - Gettysburg - Maple - Shaw. If you have any questions or feedback related to the new Clovis Green Line, please reach out to Clovis Transit at (559)324-2770.

🚧BUS DETOUR ALERT🚧
Due to the scheduled California Classic Half-Marathon tomorrow, April 25, 2026, several downtown streets will be closed to traffic from 6AM to approximately 2PM. As a result, FAX will temporarily detour affected routes in the downtown area.
💡Rider Tips:
Plan for delays.
Use alternate routes outside the affected zone.

🚍 Project Complete: Fresno Area Express (FAX)

Complete Coach Works (CCW) has successfully completed the refurbishment of 11 40-foot CNG buses for Fresno Area Express (FAX), helping extend fleet life and enhance overall performance.

Completed at CCW’s Riverside facility, this project included comprehensive upgrades across interiors, mechanical systems, and technology, delivering buses ready for reliable, long-term service.

“This project reflects the dedication of our team and the strength of our partnership with Fresno Area Express,” said James Carson, Regional Sales Manager at Complete Coach Works. “We’re proud of the result and look forward to supporting their future fleet initiatives.”
