Just another day at Martin Park! We are so thankful for our team who speak into the lives of the students each and everyday. It can be a bit much at times, so please pray for our entire team as they continuing building relationships and hope throughout this school year and beyond.

⚾🐻Martin Park is headed to a Fresno Grizzlies baseball game! They have generously donated enough tickets for our students and their family to enjoy a night at Chukchansi Park.

WAIT!! There is more. They have also set aside 50 more tickets for a fundraising opportunity for Martin Park. You can support Martin Park, enjoy an evening out watching an exciting Fresno Grizzlies baseball game, and end the night with a fireworks show.

Lots of activity at Martin Park Webster!

The kids were finishing up homework, exercising, and learning a Bible lesson during their time with us today. That’s a typical day at Martin Park. One of the students told me (Lisa) he thought I was a grandma. I took it as a compliment! Out of the mouth of babes.

🎨📚🏃 There’s always something happening at Martin Park!

Our Lowell kids are getting the opportunity to learn, create, play, and discover new things through a variety of activities! Whether they’re getting help with homework, playing card games, enjoying sports and outdoor games, or simply spending time with friends and mentors, each experience is another opportunity to grow.

We love giving our students a safe place where they can try something new, discover what they enjoy, build confidence, and have FUN along the way. 💚

These moments may look like kids just being kids, but they are also building friendships, learning teamwork, developing new skills, and creating memories that matter.

We’re excited to see what our Lowell kids discover next!

Monster Trucks!! 🛻
Some of our students had the privelege of enjoying the Monster Trucks show at the Save Mart Center this weekend. It gave us the opportunity to spend some extra time with the kids and enjoy the show.

This is how we are more than just an after-school program. We spend quality time with the kids in order to build relationships and give them experiences they may not have had otherwise.

Our $10,000 Back-to-School Campaign is coming to a close, and there are just 11 days left to help Martin Park reach our goal!

As our students return to school, Martin Park is ready to come alongside them with homework help, literacy support, mentoring, enrichment activities, healthy snacks, outdoor recreation, and most importantly, a safe place where they are known, encouraged, and supported.

Reaching our $10,000 goal will help us begin the school year financially strong and prepared to provide these opportunities throughout the months ahead.

🌊☀️ Thank you California Coastal Conservancy! ☀️🌊

In July, Martin Park students had fun exploring Avila Beach! From running along the shoreline and building sandcastles to splashing in the waves and enjoying the beauty of the coast, it was a day filled with laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories.
For many of our students, this was their first opportunity to experience the ocean. Moments like these expand horizons, inspire curiosity, strengthen friendships, and remind our kids that there is a big world waiting to be explored.

Thank you to the California Coastal Conservancy who helped make this possible. Because of them, our students are discovering, growing, and making memories that will last a lifetime. 💚

Family Lake Day at Millerton Lake with Martin Park!

A huge THANK YOU to Mike, Boris, Andrew, Terry, and Captain Josh from Sacramento. What a special day for our Martin Park families! Our students and their families had the opportunity to step away from their everyday routines and enjoy a beautiful day at the lake together. From playing in the water and enjoying the outdoors to sharing food, laughter, and quality time, it was a day all about connection.

At Martin Park, we believe investing in children also means investing in their families. Experiences like Family Lake Day give parents and kids an opportunity to slow down, have fun together, explore the outdoors, and create memories that will last long after summer is over.

Sometimes the best memories are made with sunshine, water, family, and a whole lot of fun! ☀️🌊
